2 Willow Road
Designed by architect Ernõ Goldfinger in 1938, 1-3 Willow Road is a modernist residential building in Hampstead, London. 2 Willow Road was occupied by Goldfinger, the interior of which contains many iconic pieces of furniture and art. Cottages were demolished to make way for the building making Goldfinger unpopular with locals, including Ian Fleming, hence the Bond villain of the same name. Now managed by the National Trust, 2 Willow Road is open to the public and well worth a visit.
